Once you've signed up, one of our employees will contact you through phone/Zoom call to discuss your availability and preferences, and once you've confirmed, we'll assign you to a batch depending on the tutor's availability.

Yes! During courses, you will be able to communicate with the tutor.

You won't want to miss out on these live seminars since they recreate a learning experience like no other! But don't worry if you miss a class; our team will email you a recording of the live session.

Please use your registered email address and password to sign into the portal by clicking the Sign-In button. On your Dashboard, you'll be able to view all of the courses you've registered for. Then, on the link for the live class, click on it. We'll also send you an email before to your class, and if you have any problems, please write an email to [email protected] for technical assistance.

Yes, it's laid out according to the curriculum.

Every month, our mentors will contact you to verify that you have a monthly progress tracker as well as a plan of action for the next month.

We at UpHemi think that education and curriculum are not mutually exclusive. We believe in developing each child's academic and extracurricular skills, as well as maximising their productivity to bring out the most in each creative mind.

We encourage a small group of students for customised attention and care, thus no more than 5 students will be in each batch.

Every month, your class will begin on the first of the month. Once you have successfully enrolled, we will contact you. However, if you need to get started right away, send an email to [email protected] with your problem, and it will be addressed as soon as possible.

Requests for refunds should be processed and completed within 5-7 business days after receipt. If the delay exceeds the aforementioned business days, please contact us at [email protected] We may ask you to verify crucial information needed to complete your return during the refund process.

Your order is eligible for Cancellation within a period of 24 hours of placing it. You can cancel such an order through an email to [email protected] with the subject line cancellation. However, post the stipulated timeframe, refund would not be applicable.
